Every rental includes carnival tents, games, prizes, setup and teardown, and a Classic Carnival Co host. Our host oversees the event and keeps everything running smoothly. We ask that the client provide one volunteer per tent to help operate the games and award prizes.

Space requirements depend on the package you choose. A single tent requires approximately 10' x 10', while larger packages can be arranged to fit fields, parking lots, gyms, or large indoor spaces. We're happy to help determine the best layout for your venue.

Yes! Our carnival games are perfect for both indoor and outdoor events. We regularly set up in school gyms, community centers, churches, corporate offices, and outdoor parks.

Most events require 45–90 minutes for setup, depending on the size of the package. Our team arrives before your event begins so everything is ready when your guests arrive.

We can customize your event by adding additional carnival games, tents, prize stations, entertainers, face painters, balloon artists, glitter tattoos, bubble activities, foam parties, DJs, photo booths, and other fun attractions through our family of event brands to create the perfect experience for your guests.
